What let me think about this drink was a request from Joerg Meyer via Facebook. He asked for a good Bloody Mary recipe, while walking through the kitchen of the Café Paris in Hambourg (very good breakfast btw) holding a tomato and a piece of celery.

There are many ways to make a good Bloody Mary, with Vodka, Gin or Whisky. I like mine without tasting the tomato to much, thats why I like to use a highballglas to keep the ratio of the tomato juice low. This time I chose a Hendricks Gin because of its intense herbal flavour, but I also like to use a cheap Whisky. Everything else depends pretty much on the own preferences, like the Tabasco or Worcestersauce thing...
Enjoy.
