La goutte colonial – Tanqueray Ten

Pardon my French, folks. This is the first drink of the year and it's most certainly a special one. If you are tired of classic Gin Tonics and "trying something new" is one of your primary New Year's resolutions, I recommend you to taste La goutte colonial. Although it just came out of the lab, it already feels like a modern classic that has been served for ages. bechergold-recipe-vermouth-gin-cointreau-2 With British gin, Italian Vermouth and liquor made out of Haitian oranges this highball has "colonial flavour" written all over it. 3 cl Tanqueray Ten Gin

2 cl Vermouth

2 cl lemon juice

1,5 cl Cointreau

Fentimans Dry Tonic

Ice

Balls

* * *

Garnish

Lemonpeel

* * *

Glas

Highball

* * *

 Place all the ingrediences in a cocktail shaker and add ice.
Shake and strain into a Highballglas with ice.
Garnish.
