Lavender Gin Fizz – Berliner Brandstifter

I know, a good Gin Fizz is just awesome so why add lavender? It's easy: Because it makes it even better. I infused a Berliner Brandstifter Dry Gin by adding a couple shrubs of lavender for about three hours. What I got was this refreshing beauty. Enjoy.

5 cl Lavender infused Berliner Brandstifter Dry Gin

3 cl Freshly squeezed lemon juice

2 cl Simple Sirup

1 Eggwhite

Ice Cubes

Garnish Dried Lime Slice Lavender Cherry

Glas Wine glas

* * *

Place all ingredients in a shaker. Shake for 20 sec. Add icecubes and shake again for 10 sec. Strain into chilled Wine Glas. Top up with Soda. Dip Lavender into Gin, flambé ans spike into cherry. Garnish.
