Whisky Sour – Maker’s Mark

I don't want to start this blog with any other drink than the whiskey sour. I must admit, that it took several times to find the right mixing ratio. I love to use Maker's Mark for it but you can take any other Bourbon, Scotch or Rye Whisky. Once I had a 12y Connemara Irish Scotch Whisky which was really intense but perfect as a sour. Enjoy

6 cl Maker's Mark Bourbon Whisky

4 cl Freshly squeezed lemon juice

3 cl Simple sirup

1 Eggwhite

Ice Cubes

* * *

Garnish Orangepeel

* * *

Glas Tumbler

* * *

Place all ingredients in a shaker and shake well, until the egg is foamy. Add icecubes and shake again for 20 sec. Garnish.
